• Order Confirmation and Deposit: Once we finalize the order details with you via email, we will provide a proforma invoice and confirm the estimated production timeline. Orders will be considered confirmed only after receiving a 50% advance payment of the total invoice value. This deposit is required to begin production.
• Production Timeline and Final Payment Requirement: The production timeline, specific to your order, will be shared along with the order specifications via email. The final payment must be received in full before we proceed with shipping the order. Payment details will be provided in the invoice, and payments can be made directly to Bowstring Handmade Pvt Ltd.’s bank account.
• Additional Charges:  Additional charges, such as applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be added to the final invoice and shared via email for your confirmation.
• Security: All payments are processed directly through Bowstring Handmade Pvt Ltd’s bank account, ensuring secure transactions. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Order Processing and Dispatch: We aim to process and dispatch orders within the specified production timeline after receiving full payment. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on actual costs and will be specified in the final invoice. For international orders, any additional customs or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
• Delivery Timeline: Shipping times vary based on destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking information will be provided where available.
